The Engagement Hub provides vital support services for people who are rough sleeping, vulnerable, or struggling to connect and access support in the wider community.
We offer a welcoming, inclusive space where individuals with shared experiences can find a sense of belonging, rebuild connections, and access the support pathways they need.
At the Hub, we provide free breakfasts, lunches, fresh fruit and vegetables, showers, and personal hygiene products. These basic services help meet immediate needs while fostering dignity and trust.
Our on-site health clinic offers free medical and dental care for people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. This ensures access to essential healthcare for those who might otherwise go without.
We also host a variety of visiting services, including St Law for legal support, Foodbank, Orange Sky mobile laundry and shower services, financial counselling, and specialist healthcare providers. In addition, Djenbidet Kalleep provides culturally safe Aboriginal services, supporting connection to culture, identity, and community.
All services are provided free of charge, though referral pathways and potential waitlists, may vary depending on individual circumstances and needs.
