What is WAConnect?

WAConnect is a community relief directory that is used by people looking for community services like food vouchers, short term or long term accommodation, health services, childcare services, help with bills, etc. Service providers set up their outlets listing on WAConnect and people can search these outlets listings for services they can avail and see which outlets are near to them including opening and closing times on a day to day basis.

How to add my outlet to WAConnect?

To add your organisation to WAConnect, you will have to first Register using this link. When you are registered and logged in:

How to hide my outlet from WAConnect

If you want to hide your outlet from WAConnect, visit your Dashboard, then:

This will temporarily hide your outlet for 2 weeks. If you wish to hide your outlet forever, click the link described in the light yellow box. The option to hide your outlet forever will only appear after you have clicked on the hide your outlet toggle switch.

Difference between Outlets and Organisation?

A single organisation can have multiple outlets. These different outlets can have different opening and closing times and be at different locations to service a diverse geographic area of people. You can input the name of your organisation at the time of account registration, and, the outlet details when you are creating the outlet (after logging into your account).
