Langford Aboriginal Association Inc. has always sought to maintain a deep understanding and appreciation of the aspirations and needs of our community. This connection to the community informs our strategy and service offering and for over 20 years LAA has implemented culturally appropriate initiatives, programs and services in the areas of;
• Noongar Language
• Art and Culture
• Food and Nutrition
• Women’s and Men’s Groups
• Children’s Programs
• Financial counselling through Jacaranda.
LAA works to improve community health, wellbeing, cultural and social connections for Aboriginal people living and working in the Perth metropolitan area and we are committed to actively promoting ethical and responsible decision-making at all levels of the organisation and in the community through the values of respect, inclusion, trust, honesty, ethical practice, confidentiality and transparency.
LAA works to meet the aspirations and needs of all Aboriginal peoples’ and families living on ‘Whadjuk Noongar Boodja’.
