Lotterywest has funded Red Cross to deliver emergency relief funding to support people on temporary visas in Western Australia.
Through this funding we will be providing support for people in Western Australia on temporary visas experiencing financial hardship. Depending on level of need our Safety Net Program may provide a combination of any of the following forms of support:
• Financial assistance payments
• Case work support
We will retain our single point of entry for the application process which can be accessed at www.redcross.org.au/emergencyrelief. Once online applications are lodged, our team will assess applicants for the support best suited to their needs.
We require:
- All bank account statements or transaction histories for at least one month
- Visa information (client's without a visa are still eligible)

People who don't currently have a visa are still eligible.
People without a bank account may be supported to open one.
Information for all bank accounts must be provided.
